HOLIDAY MENU
Gibsons culinary team has customized a beautiful meal for you to easily prepare at home this holiday season! Each meal serves a family of four. All starters, entrées and sides will arrive uncooked with detailed and convenient reheating instructions.
The holiday menu includes a choice of starter – Caesar Salad or Lobster Bisque and entrée – Chilean Sea Bass or Filet Mignon for each guest. Each meal will include Dinner Rolls, Blue Cheese Potato Gratin, Roasted Cauliflower, and a whole Orange Decadence Pie. We have several al carte appetizers, sides and dessert offerings as well.

Gibsons culinary team has selected four popular family meals for you to reheat and serve to your family. Each meal can serve a family of four and takes less than 35 minutes to reheat in your oven and voilà, a restaurant quality meal in the luxury of your own home. Pick your protein below and we will do the rest. Each family meal will include 4 house salads, 4 individual double baked potatoes, asparagus for 4 and a giant slice of our famous Chocolate Mousse Pie.

Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse proudly serves Gibsons Prime Angus and Gibsons Grassfed Australian beef. Gibson Prime Angus is sourced from a carefully selected list of producers in the upper Midwest, corn-fed for up to 120 days and aged from a minimum of 40 days. Our GGA is sourced from the top 5% of all grassfed cattle produced in southeast Australia in terms of marbling, labor and animal welfare. Grill at home with some of the great selections below. All steaks will be vacuum sealed and served with a bottle of Gibsons Seasoning Salt.

Each pasta kit will include pre-portioned partially prepared pasta ingredients with recipes to prepare a home cooked meal for up to two people.
